Reverse running

If your regular run is getting a bit boring then why not give it a lift by doing it backwards. Reverse Running has been increasing in popularity and this weekend saw the first UK Backwards Running Championship in Heaton Park, Manchester. But this is no laughing matter, reverse running is said to burn a third more calories than forward running. So trainers on, best foot backwards and off you fall.
